Josh Brown

Josh Brown has over 20 years of experience in IT and systems deployment. Currently serving as a Manager in Systems Deployment at inContact since February 2011, previous roles include Supervisor and Systems Deployment Engineer, where responsibilities involved coordinating Production Change Control Requests to ensure smooth deployment processes. Prior to inContact, Josh worked as an IT Manager for independent small businesses, providing comprehensive PC and network support. Previous experience also includes significant positions at ArconGlobal Communications, where advanced IP communications infrastructure was designed and installed for the U.S. military, and at Convergys as a Senior IPSec Technical Lead managing a team of support engineers.
