Joyce Tham

Joyce Tham has extensive experience in administrative and managerial roles, currently serving as EA-APAC President/Office Manager at NICE SYSTEMS (S) PTE LTD since June 2005, where responsibilities include supporting the President, managing travel and meeting schedules, and supervising daily operations. Tham also holds a position as Administrator within the same company, where focus includes managing daily operations for the Singapore office and providing sales support to the Regional Sales and Engineering Team. Prior to NICE Systems, Tham worked at Transmarco Data Systems from March 1983 to October 2005, initially as Office Manager and subsequently as Office/HR Manager, overseeing HR management, administration, and operations. Education includes attendance at Serangoon Secondary School from 1968 to 1971.
