Keiton Jones

Keiton Jones currently serves as an Account Executive at NICE, where the focus is on enhancing customer experience through a cloud-based contact center solution. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Development Representative at Whistic, helping to streamline security review processes for companies. Keiton also held various positions at Backcountry, initially as an Inbound Gearhead, then advancing to Inbound Team Lead and eventually Inbound Supervisor of Gearhead Operations, where responsibilities expanded to departmental management. Keiton holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Certificate of Completion in Accounting from Utah Valley University.
