Ken Anderson

Ken Anderson has over 24 years of experience in sales and management, primarily with NICE CXone since October 2008, where Ken currently serves as Senior Vice President of Sales for the US Premier Segment and Healthcare. Promoted to Segment Lead at the start of Fiscal Year 2020, Ken oversees all KPI functions within the Domestic Customer Segment, managing six Regional VP Sales Leaders and 37 individual contributors, with a strong focus on career development. Previous roles at NICE include Area Vice President of Sales for the Eastern US, where significant revenue targets were achieved, and VP Sales for the Northeast, recognized multiple times as a Presidents Club Member. Prior to NICE, Ken held various sales positions at Brocade, NuView, The Ergonomic Group, and Computer Associates, beginning his career with a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Delaware.
