Lou Corbeil

Lou Corbeil serves as the General Manager of Platform Operations at NiCE, leading a global organization that encompasses Cloud, Support, Security, Voice Product, Engineering, and Operations since September 2025. Previously at Zuora, Lou held multiple senior vice president roles, including SVP of Intelligent Platform, where significant achievements included an ~86% reduction in customer-impacting incidents and a five-year high in customer satisfaction. Prior experience at ServiceNow involved defining the strategy for Global Cloud Services, overseeing a team of ~1200 engineers, and successfully migrating enterprise customers to a new load balancing solution. At Facebook, Lou directed Network Production Engineering teams, ensuring scalability during peak demand. Extensive tenure at Verizon included roles leading Cloud Operations and Global IP Networks initiatives, focused on enhancing network resiliency and performance. Lou holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Boston University.
