Maciej Bierkus is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and engineering. Maciej began a career as a Programmer at Asso Sp z o.o. and then served as an Administrator at Kettle Produce Ltd, where responsibilities included wage calculations and costing figures. From June 2010 to March 2018, Maciej worked at Fife Council, progressing from IT Officer (Support) and Technical Programmer to Technical Analyst and IT Officer (Design). In April 2021, Maciej joined BrightCloud Group as Head Of Support and Contact Centre Consultant. In November 2021, Maciej transitioned to NICE as a Senior Professional Services Engineer and is currently a Lead Software Engineer. Maciej holds a Master’s Degree in IT with a focus on Telecommunication and Computer Networks from Politechnika Lubelska.
