Matt Despain is an experienced leader in product management with a robust background in the technology and customer experience sectors. As the VP of Product Management at NICE CXone since October 2018, Matt oversees the CXone Omnichannel Platform and leads teams focused on Digital, Routing, Orchestration, Workflow, and Automation Hub Frameworks. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Product Officer at Serenova, where significant advancements in product vision and processes were achieved. Matt also played a pivotal role at NICE inContact as Sr. Director of Product Management, driving strategic growth in the Analytics product portfolio and cloud workforce optimization solutions. Earlier positions include leadership roles at Concentrix and Onyx Graphics, alongside a foundation in analysis and financial management. Matt holds a BS in Finance from the University of Utah and an MBA from The University of Tulsa.
