Michael Brown

Michael Brown is an experienced professional in the field of telecommunications and cloud connectivity. Currently serving as a Cloud Connectivity Engineer II at NICE inContact since April 2019, Michael provides support for sales and customer service while contributing to the development of comprehensive cloud connectivity applications. Previously, as a Senior Technical Sales Engineer at SoTel Systems from June 2017 to January 2019, Michael designed and implemented VoIP/Cloud systems, ensuring high-quality customer service. Michael's career also includes a role as a Sales Engineer at NEC Corporation of America, where responsibilities involved pre-sales support, product demonstrations, and technical assistance. Earlier positions at NEC Corporation as a System Engineer III and at Kiwitel as a Service Manager involved technical support, training, and management of service operations. Michael holds qualifications from the New Zealand Qualifications Authority attained between 1990 and 1992.
