Michael Conger is an experienced software quality assurance professional with a robust background in technical support and management. Currently serving as a Principal Software QA Engineer at NICE inContact since August 2014, Michael has progressed through various roles in software quality assurance, including Senior Software QA Engineer and Software QA Engineer II. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Customer Support Technical Manager at Uptivity Inc.
