Michael Harwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and digital customer experience solutions. Currently serving as Senior Director of Digital Experience Product Management at NICE inContact since December 2014, Michael builds and leads a global Product Management team responsible for digital engagement solutions that enhance customer experiences. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at NICE inContact, including Director of Omnichannel Product Strategy and Senior Manager of Customer Interaction Management Solutions. Previously, Michael worked at Avaya as Senior Product Manager for Digital Customer Experience and Contact Center Solutions Consultant, and at Telcordia Technologies as Solutions Manager and Product Manager. Michael holds an MBA in Management of Technology and MIS from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a BA in Business Management and Finance from North Carolina State University.
