Michael Lee

Solutions Architect

Michael Lee is an experienced Solutions Architect at NICE inContact since December 2017, where responsibilities include providing troubleshooting, training, and optimization for the Outbound Contact software product. Prior to this role, Michael served in various capacities at C3/CustomerContactChannels, Inc. from 2010 to 2017, including Dialer Operations Manager, where management of global outbound contact processes and campaign initiatives for a multinational BPO was key. Earlier experience includes roles as a Business/MIS Analyst and Financial Analyst at Compucredit Corporation, as well as positions at Providian Financial. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Utah State University.
