Michal Doutsh is a seasoned educational leader with a decade of experience in teaching and curriculum development for both adults and teens. At the IDF from 2017 to 2019, Michal designed learning experiences tailored to national standards and enhanced engagement through real-time feedback and workshops focused on inclusivity and neurodiversity. Michal further honed their skills as a curriculum developer and Hebrew teacher at Ramaz School from 2020 to 2022, creating immersive learning environments that included e-learning modules and customized assessments. Currently, Michal serves as a Senior Learning Designer at NICE, continuing to transform complex knowledge into accessible learning experiences. Michal holds a Master's degree in Education from Levinsky College of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Theatre from Tel Aviv University.
