Michal Samuel currently serves as VP of Human Resources International and VP of Human Resources for EMEA at NICE Ltd since December 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Organisation Development Business Partner at UBM plc, where leadership was provided for a Marketing Transformation programme, and as an Organisation Development Consultant working independently and with AKT Human Capital Solutions. Earlier in the career, Michal held positions at Deloitte Consulting and Capgemini, focusing on change management and organizational design. The career began at Amdocs Inc. as Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR functions for a large business group. Michal holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a B.A. in Psychology & Sociology from Tel Aviv University.
