Mike Abel

Mike Abel is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in sales engineering and implementation. Currently serving as Director of Portfolio Engineering at NICE since June 2018, Mike leads a high-performing Sales Engineering team, focusing on hiring, coaching, and performance management to meet organizational goals. Prior to this, Mike co-founded Skybox Communications, where responsibilities included ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality technical service. Previous roles at Orange Lake Resorts as an Applications Developer and at Summer Bay Resort as a Network/Telephony Engineer further highlight Mike's technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities across various platforms and environments. Mike holds a degree from Western Carolina University.
