Mike Perry is an accomplished leader in the telecommunications and networking industry with extensive experience in driving global operations and developing innovative voice solutions. At NICE since November 2018, Mike serves as GM & VP of Global Voice Solutions, focusing on expanding the company's call routing division through a cohesive global strategy. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of VP Telecommunications & Networking at Five9, where responsibilities included rebuilding a carrier-grade telephony infrastructure and expanding operations internationally. Mike's career also includes significant roles at inContact, McLeodUSA, and Access Long Distance, where contributions encompassed international market expansion, team leadership, and technical operations management. Mike Perry holds an MBA in Business Management from Utah State University and a BS in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
