Mitch Andrews

Mitch Andrews is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partner success and system engineering. Currently, Mitch serves as the Manager of Partner Success EMEA at NICE CXone, a position held since June 2019, following roles as Senior Partner Success Manager and Partner Success Manager. Prior to joining NICE CXone, Mitch worked at Verint from July 2012 to May 2019 as a System Engineer, where responsibilities included installing, configuring, and deploying Work Force Optimization systems, primarily focused on voice recording for medium to large organizations in the EMEA region. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing from NESCOT, completed in 2012, and has obtained GCSEs from Therfield, finishing in 2007.
