Nir Suissa is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in recording and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) support. Suissa has served as the Recording and CTI Technical Support Team Lead at NICE Ltd since March 2012, following a role as an Advanced Support Recording and CTI Engineer. Previously, at NICE Systems from 2005 to 2012, Suissa led the Enterprise Recording QA Team, managing a team responsible for regression and functional testing of NICE recording solutions, and also contributed as an Enterprise Recording QA Engineer, focusing on product integration with major telephony switches. Suissa holds an M.B.A. from Ariel University and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University, alongside an ISTQB Foundation in Software Testing Certificate obtained in 2010.
