Oz Ezer has extensive experience in unified communications and engineering, currently serving as a TSM for Unified Communications & Services Engineer at NICE since February 2013. In this role, Oz Ezer collaborates with various PBX and CTI vendors, including Avaya, Lync, Cisco, and Genesys, and is responsible for supporting preparations related to PBXs and Contact Centers for NICE solutions. Prior to this position, Oz Ezer worked as an Avaya PBX Engineer with the Israel Defense Forces from 2007 to 2012, contributing to the secure PBX network as part of the ETAS Team. Oz Ezer holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shapira College, earned between 2005 and 2007.
