Paola Doebel is currently the SVP & GM CX Americas at NICE and serves on the Executive Board of Fast Company. They previously held various leadership roles at companies such as Ensono, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Dell, where they focused on product marketing and strategic management. Paola began their career as a Valuation Analyst at RSM EquiCo and has continued to build expertise across sectors, including technology and cloud services. In addition to professional roles, they are a Founding Senior Advisor for the Legacy Executive Club and a member of the Board of Advisors for Avnir.
