Patrick Botz serves as the Director of Global Marketing and Director of Engagement for NICE Vertical Markets since March 2016, leading a solution marketing team focused on assisting public safety agencies with the transition to Next Generation 9-1-1 and helping global banks meet regulatory compliance through effective strategies and technology. Prior to joining NICE, Patrick Botz held the position of Vice President of Workforce Optimization at VPI from December 2002 to March 2016, where responsibility included overseeing product marketing and promoting workforce optimization strategies that facilitated quick ROI for clients. Patrick Botz holds an MBA in Marketing from Pepperdine University and a BSE in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University.
