Pavan Kale

Pavan Kale is a seasoned software engineer currently serving as a Senior Specialist Software Engineer at NiCE since August 2025, following a decade-long tenure at BMC Software where Pavan held the position of Lead Product Developer from February 2015 to July 2025. Pavan has extensive experience in Java, Perl, and Python development, specializing in integrating various cloud and non-cloud platforms, as well as developing microservices connected with technologies such as Kafka, Redis, and databases like Postgres and VictoriaMetrics. Prior to BMC Software, Pavan worked as an IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on Java backend development for mobile applications. Pavan holds a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Liverpool John Moores University, an Executive PG Programme in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore, a Master of Engineering in Signal Processing from TSSM's BSCOER, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Amravati University.
