Rachel Morris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and client services across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Client Services at NICE since December 2019, Rachel has previously held leadership roles including Senior Director PMO at DCT Telecom Group, Inc. and Director PMO at Black Box Network Services. With a proven track record in establishing national PMOs, developing project management methodologies, and securing multimillion-dollar initiatives, Rachel has effectively led cross-functional teams and implemented strategic pursuits. Educational credentials include Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma certifications from Villanova University, along with a degree from Cleveland State University.
