Richard Steele

Richard (Rick) Steele is an experienced professional with a robust background in program and project management, particularly in public safety and military logistics. Currently serving as Deputy Program Manager for the NAS Voice Recorder Program at NICE Ltd since April 2013, Richard has also held leadership roles such as Services Manager and Security Project Management Manager, successfully overseeing the completion of over 2,700 projects for Public Safety Service Centers. Richard's military career includes 21 years of service in the United States Marine Corps, culminating in positions such as Commanding Officer across various units, and Director Operations at Blount Island Command, where logistics planning and operational execution were critical. Richard holds a Master of Science in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Science from Central Texas College.
