Rob Boland

Rob Boland serves as a Learning and Enablement Consultant at NICE CXone, where responsibilities include executing the Kepner-Tregoe program with a focus on program development, effective change management, project management, and course development. Prior experience includes over 16 years at WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone, where Boland held several positions, culminating in Senior Manager roles within Learning and Development HR and Training. Achievements include overseeing multiple operational workstreams, managing teams of trainers and content developers, and supporting training programs for over 2000 employees and BPO partners. Boland also holds a Change Management Professional Certification from Acuity Institute.
