Rob Viola is currently a Legal Advisor at NICE, where they lead collaboration among Sales, Finance, Infosec, and Operations to negotiate and manage complex contracts. With over 15 years of experience in finance and a decade specializing in contract negotiation, privacy, and data protection, Rob possesses a strong background in online media and K-12 education. Previously, they held several roles in contract management and finance at companies including LiveVox, Frontline Education, and United Health Group, where they spearheaded process improvements and ensured compliance across departments. Rob earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Saint Joseph's University and is CIPP/US certified.
