Robert L. is a seasoned solutions engineer with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer - Enterprise and Team Lead at NICE since November 2020, Robert collaborates across teams to drive process and product improvements while mentoring pre-sales talent to enhance proficiency and win rates.
