Rod Guy

Rod Guy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and product management within the technology sector. Currently serving as VP of Strategy at NICE Systems since April 2014, Rod has previously held significant roles at Motorola Solutions and Motorola. At Motorola Solutions, Rod directed the Video Solutions & Devices team, overseeing product management and P&L responsibilities for video applications and mobile computing targeting Government markets. Earlier, at Motorola, Rod managed mobile computing operations and developed growth strategies within the Radio Solutions business, driving product portfolios with substantial financial impact. Rod holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia.
