Rod Lester

Rod Lester is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and management across various technology sectors. Currently, Rod serves as the Managing Director for ANZ at NICE CXone, a position held since April 2019. Prior to this role, Rod was the Sales Director for ANZ at Forcepoint, where responsibilities included developing new business strategies and enhancing partner relationships. Rod's experience also includes working at Fortinet as a Senior Manager focused on growing cybersecurity revenues, and holding multiple positions at Dimension Data, where efforts centered on major account growth and customer satisfaction. Rod began their career at NSC Group as Regional Manager and held positions at CallTime Solutions and Freehills. Rod holds a Business Certificate in Management from the Australian Institute of Management and has a degree from Monash University, along with qualifications from Haileybury.
