Ron Murphy

Ron Murphy is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Solutions Engineering at NICE Systems since September 2005, where responsibilities include managing the pre-sales engineering team and supporting Workforce and Employee Engagement solutions. Prior to NICE, Ron held the position of Workforce Manager at Adelphia Communications from March 2004 to September 2005, overseeing the workforce management department for the Sales Center.
