Samuel Steele

Samuel Steele is a Senior Project Manager at NICE CXone, where they oversee product operations. They previously held various project management roles at inContact and O.C. Tanner, including responsibilities as a Project Manager and Process Owner, where they documented and trained processes for the Client Relations team and coordinated product development efforts. Samuel pursued a Bachelor of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning at the University of Utah, where they are currently enrolled.
