Scott Duede is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of linguistics and technology. Currently serving as a Tech Engineer II at NICE inContact since February 2016, Scott specializes in troubleshooting and enhancing the Uptivity system, as well as designing and executing automated tests for linguistics-related systems. Prior roles include Linguistic QA Engineer and Research Taxonomist at Attensity, and a CLEAR writing instructor at the University of Utah, where Scott taught technical writing and supported students in improving their skills. Scott's early career involved supervising scripture translation projects for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and providing life skills training at Step Beyond. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Utah and a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from Brigham Young University.
