Scott Evans

Scott Evans has extensive experience in telecommunications and software integration, currently serving as an Associate Software Integration Engineer and Customer Application Manager at NICE since November 2019. Previously, Scott held several managerial roles, including Telecommunications Manager at Automobile Protection Corporation, where responsibilities included voice CPE and carrier support, and Telecommunications & Network Services Manager at Asset Acceptance, managing vendor contracts and staff. Additional experience includes project management for PBX installations at Blue Cross Blue Shield of MI and telecommunications management at Domino's Pizza. Scott began a professional career as a Systems Engineer at Ameritech Cellular and has a foundational background in customer support and training from ROLM Michigan and IBM. Scott earned a degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
