Scott Langston

Scott Langston is a seasoned data scientist currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at NICE since March 2022, where responsibilities include training and testing Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) models, and developing multilingual punctuation models. Previous roles encompass a diverse background in conversational AI and analytics, such as Senior Conversational AI Analyst at Walgreens and Senior Business Analyst at TTEC, focusing on chatbot performance, sentiment analysis, and algorithm development. Scott holds a Master of Arts in Linguistics and a Master's Certification in Geographic Information Systems from Northeastern Illinois University, as well as a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science from The Evergreen State College.
