Sharon Lindblad

Sharon Lindblad, PMP, has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Sharon is currently working as a CX Lead Client Services Project Manager at NICE since June 2022. Prior to this, Sharon served as the Information Security Manager and Business Operations Sr Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology from 2018 to 2022. Sharon also worked as an Advisor for Configuration Management at CSRA Inc from 2016 to 2018 and as a Release Manager at TEKsystems in 2016. Sharon has experience in entrepreneurship as well, as the Owner of Veg Out Inc. from 2012 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at CSC, Datatrac Information Services, Inc., ORION Scientific Systems, and Computer Sciences Corporation. Sharon has expertise in program management, telecommunications, IT management, quality systems, and configuration management.

Sharon Lindblad, PMP has a diverse education history. In 2012 and 2013, they attended the Natural Kitchen Cooking School where they obtained a Natural Foods Chef degree with a focus on Whole Food, Plant Based Cooking. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1985, Sharon attended Green Run High School.

In addition to their formal education, Sharon has acquired various certifications throughout their career. In 2005, they became a Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute. Sharon also holds certifications in IT project management, including the CompTIA IT Project + Certified Professional obtained in 2005. Furthermore, Sharon has certifications in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and Configuration Management Unix from various institutions such as Loyalist Certification Services and Northern Virginia Community College.

More recently, Sharon has pursued professional development through executive leadership training and communication courses. In 2012, they obtained an Executive Leadership Certificate from eCornell. Sharon has also completed courses in Atomic Habits, Preparing for Successful Communication, and NICE CXone - ACD Administrator Certification through institutions like LinkedIn and NICE CXone.
