Shaun Sjolin is a seasoned Customer Success Leader with extensive experience in delivering strategic guidance and thought leadership in customer experience. Shaun held roles at Aon Hewitt and IBM, where they served as a Senior Managing Consultant, before becoming a Vice President at SAP SuccessFactors and SAP in the regulated industries sector. Currently, Shaun is the Vice President of Customer Success for the Strategic Customer Program at NICE, where they are responsible for developing and scaling customer success initiatives. Shaun’s career also includes experience in the North Dakota Army National Guard, contributing to a diverse skill set that enhances their leadership in customer engagement.
