Shay Sela is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and strategy, currently serving as Director of WEM Business Operations at NICE since February 2021. Previously, Shay held the position of Business Operations Manager at NICE and worked as a Strategy & Business Development Manager at LeumiTech, where responsibilities included driving global strategic processes and conducting in-depth market research.
