Stephenie Burke

Stephenie Burke is a seasoned Human Resources professional with experience in various roles. They served as an HR Manager at OperaSolutions from 2015 to 2019, where they partnered with business leaders to address HR issues and implemented strategies for talent development and employee engagement. Prior to that, they were an HR Generalist at The North Ward Center from 2012 to 2015, where they developed a compliant HR department and improved recruitment processes. Currently, they hold the position of Senior HR Business Partner at MongoDB and HR Manager at NICE Ltd since 2019. Stephenie earned a Master's Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from Lehigh University.
