Steve Durham

Steve Durham is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in SaaS product management and a strong focus on driving growth and scalability. They have held key positions at DigiCert, Inc., where they successfully overhauled internal products and led a globally distributed team during a major acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at NICE, Steve continues to leverage their expertise in product strategy and customer experience. Steve holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the University of Utah. After a brief sabbatical, they are eager to embark on their next professional endeavor.
