Steve Michaelis

Steve Michaelis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and financial services. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at NICE CXone since April 2022, Michaelis previously held similar senior roles at CapitalRock and FIS, where responsibilities included managing asset allocation products and functionality. Prior to that, at SunGard Financial Systems, Michaelis oversaw the development of WealthStation's Asset Allocation software. Early career achievements at Fidelity Investments included generating over $200 million in business and providing investment guidance to over 12,500 clients, alongside leading training initiatives. Michaelis holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Financial Planning and Project Management from Westminster University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
