Swapnil Chaudhary is an accomplished IT leader with over 26 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and business applications across various regions. Currently serving as Group Manager - IT at NICE since January 2018, Swapnil leads the APAC team's IT Infrastructure, ensuring the timely delivery of projects and compliance with industry standards. Prior roles include Deputy General Manager-IT at Cummins India, where significant contributions included deploying IT infrastructure for corporate offices and manufacturing plants, and Manager IT at Neilsoft, focusing on global IT infrastructure management and ISO 27001 implementation. Swapnil holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Alagappa University and has successfully built teams, implemented security operations, and overseen major IT projects throughout the career.
