Tal Kochen

Tal Kochen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing deployment and operations within cloud and on-prem environments at NICE Ltd since February 2015. As Deployment & Operation Manager, Tal oversees a team of Integration and DevOps engineers, leading projects throughout their entire lifecycle. Previous roles include Professional Services Engineer, focusing on customer installation and support, and BI Business Analyst, where Tal was involved in refining reporting requirements. Prior to NICE Ltd, Tal held several positions at Amdocs from December 2005 to September 2014, including BI/DWH development group leader, where Tal directed Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse projects, and Senior Business Intelligence Designer/Developer. Tal began a career in software quality engineering, ensuring system integration for Amdocs' Billing Product. Tal holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
