Tate Reimer is an accomplished professional with a strong background in software development and customer success management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at NICE Ltd since March 2019, Tate has transformed the NICE EEM Customer Success program into a proactive, value-driven service, increasing customer engagement significantly. Prior experience includes leadership roles at NICE Ltd as a Group Leader for Software Development, and at Avaya, where Tate managed multiple development programs and provided Scrum Master support for Agile teams.
