Tom Dastrup

Tom Dastrup is a Senior Network Engineer at NICE CXone, where they have been contributing since 2020. Previously, they worked at 1-800 CONTACTS from 2014 to 2020 as a Network Engineer II, where they planned a corporate office move, designed wireless networks, and engineered a disaster recovery data center. Prior to that, Tom served as a Network Engineer II at Digis from 2009 to 2010, where they led a team of network engineers and optimized dynamic routing. Tom holds an Associate of Science in Information Technology from Utah Valley University, which they completed in 2010.
