Tom Osborn

Tom Osborn, PMP®, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and client services across various organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at NICE CXone, Tom has also held the position of Managing Director, Client Services at Altivon, a ConvergeOne Company. Previous roles include Vice President of Customer Success and Vice President of Client Services at Autotask Corporation, and Director of Services, Customer Data and Location Intelligence at Pitney Bowes Software. Tom began their career as Manager of IT Business Applications at MapInfo Corporation. Tom holds an MBA in Computer Information Systems from The College of Saint Rose and a BS in Computer Science from Siena College.
