Vladimir Paje is currently a Senior Capacity Planning Engineer at NiCE, specializing in capacity analysis and forecasting for Contact Center as a Service systems. They previously held roles at Bank of America, including Design Team Lead and Midrange Capacity Planner, where they contributed expertise in capacity planning and system analysis. Vladimir also has experience as a software engineer in various companies, and they are the founder of VladTech AI LLC, focused on building AI-driven tech solutions. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University and a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Texas McCombs School of Business.
