Wiremu Howe

Wiremu "Will" Howe is a seasoned Senior Professional Services Engineer at NICE CXone, where responsibilities include engaging customers in a consultative role and providing expertise on a wide range of CXone products, with a strong focus on CXone Digital offerings. Prior to this, Wiremu worked at Dealertrack as a Senior Implementation Specialist, leading DMS conversion projects and overseeing onsite training and client interactions. Wiremu's career also includes a Project Manager role at ACT Government, managing legislative changes and coordinating business improvements, as well as a Funeral Consultant Director position at REST HAVEN MEMORIAL PARK, INC. and customer service experience at AGL Energy. Wiremu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pacific Area/Pacific Rim Studies from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
