Zac Randall

Zac Randall is an experienced enterprise account executive currently at NICE since January 2023, previously serving as an account executive for the ANZ region. Prior to this role, Zac was a business development manager at Converged Communication Network Applications Pty Ltd from May 2017 to December 2022. Zac's career began as an IT manager at Randall Electrics & Communications, from March 2009 to May 2017, focusing on maintaining computer systems and troubleshooting. Zac also worked as an electrician and project manager, specializing in electrical maintenance, installation, fault finding, and programming of computerized lighting systems. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of e-Business with a concentration in business information systems and enterprise systems from Macquarie University, completed between 2012 and 2016, and a high school certificate from Oakhill College, obtained in 2011.
