Zohar Hadad is a dedicated and experienced Lead Software Engineer at NiCE, bringing over 13 years of software development experience and more than 3 years in leadership roles. They previously served as a Software Team Lead at Elbit Systems Israel, where they successfully guided their team to deliver high-quality software solutions and fostered a collaborative environment. Zohar began their career as a Frontend Web Developer with the Israel Defense Forces, gaining extensive experience and adaptability in dynamic settings. They hold an M.Sc. in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Netanya Academic College.
