Brian Clark

Brian Clark is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in back-end development and full-stack solutions. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Niche since March 2020, Brian excels in breaking down complex projects and refining team practices, while also designing and maintaining containerized back-end systems using Go, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Elasticsearch. Prior to Niche, Brian worked as a Software Developer at Epic, where contributions spanned the entire software development lifecycle in the Electronic Health Record industry. Additional experience includes roles at Case Western Reserve University as a Teaching Assistant, VIAVI Solutions as a Software Engineering Co-op, and various positions focused on technology infrastructure and database management. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University.
