Michaela Haider has a diverse background in photography and community service, with extensive experience in various roles since starting in the industry. Currently, Michaela serves as a Property Photographer, Floorplanner, Domestic Energy Assessor, Operations Manager, and Training and Development Manager at NicheCom UK, where responsibilities include overseeing team development, ensuring quality in services, and maintaining high customer service standards. In addition, Michaela acts as Membership Secretary and activist for Oxford Friends of the Earth and has volunteered with the Oxford Hub, providing essential support during the COVID-19 lockdown. Previous roles include Studio Assistant at Packshot.com and internships in photography and communications. Michaela holds a BA (Hons) in Photography from the University for the Creative Arts and a National Diploma in Photography from Guildford College.
